2 D Laser Cutting

Based on flexible production technology, Covertek 2D Laser Cutting offers excellent quality and high cutting precision. It can be applied to different materials and thicknesses, depending on each need.
In addition to Laser Cutting, we have a Finishing service, which aims to remove burrs from Laser-cut parts and round off edges, using Cross Belta technology. Adding detail and precision to each piece.

Bending

We design and develop solutions that meet the needs of each client, with a bending service that has a capacity of up to 3020mm.

Welding

MIG | MAG | TIG welding: At Covertek we offer a manual MIG (Metal Inert Gas), MAG (Metal Active Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding service. These are inert, oxidizing or active shielding gas welding processes. They produce high quality results, both on small and thick parts. Laser welding: Through the fusion of metals or thermoplastics, joined by means of a focused laser beam, at Covertek we are able to apply this welding process in various sectors of activity.

Calendering

With our bending service, it is possible to bend sheet metal or metal profiles, offering each piece a curvature according to the desired radius, forming arches, humps or even a total curvature, making a tube.

Threading

In order to optimize the assembly and disassembly processes of various parts, Covertek’s threading service facilitates the maintenance and replacement of metal parts, offering a more secure and resistant fastening, ideal for withstanding vigorous work and high levels of vibration. At Covertek, we use this method to provide an effective union between parts by means of threaded joints, bringing numerous advantages for both repairs and assembly.
